A little over four years ago, I had the fantastic opportunity to be a part of opening FLUID SALON with four of my best friends. I started my career with these ladies eight years ago and was blessed to begin a new chapter with them. After a couple of years, I recognized I needed to step out of my comfort zone and work with new faces under new ownership to grow as a professional, a stylist, and a human. Making that move was one of the hardest and scariest hurdles of my stylist career. Personal Image Salon gave me the self-confidence and growth I was searching for, with new talent and faces, the experience was one I learned so much from and don't regret. I'm grateful for those who supported me, challenged me, taught me about loyalty, perseverance, and dedication to this industry.
That being said, sometimes a change of scenery is needed, and I was presented with an opportunity to return home to my Fluid family. 💙
Starting 5/21 I will be taking clients at Fluid Salon in East Lansing, 2.4 miles from Personal Image, across from Whole Foods. Kimmi Cross now owns Fluid Salon, and she's brought and continues to bring lots of new and exciting changes. I am ecstatic to begin this new chapter and bring everything I've learned in the last two years to my ”new-ish” salon and clients behind the chair. All appointments will remain at the same scheduled times, services offered and prices will also stay the same. Clients you'll receive a card in the mail notifying you of the new address, and I sincerely can't thank you all enough for supporting me in doing what I love most. It's because of you that I don't just ”go to work,” but I enjoy every minute of our time together and look forward to continuing to serve you. Online booking will be available, details to follow. ✂️❤️
Have a beautiful day, and don't forget to count your blessings. -Kyli
